Challenge

After 15 years of successfully uncovering and managing unique Canadian arbitrage investment opportunities, hedge fund manager Persicope Capital needed a refreshed strategic focus to accelerate its growth.

Process

Senior strategists at Capoeira, PSD+G and Q30 collaborated with the senior leadership at Periscope Capital to understand the competitive landscape and their unique selling proposition. Through a series of facilitated workshops, we dug deep into the organizational structure and culture to uncover their point of differentiation.

Outcome

The new Periscope Capital brand was launched in the fall of 2024 at a packed event in the financial district of Toronto. With a re-imagined and revitalized brand and outlook, Periscope’s journey is well underway.
