Crescero Natural Capital connects investors with the value of Canadian agriculture by optimizing, managing and protecting farmland in partnership with farm families.
Challenge
Crescero (formerly AGinvest Farmland Properties Canada) needed to leverage their unique position with Canadian farm families and build relationships with investors and expand the opportunities these relationships represent. A cumbersome name and dated brand identity required analysis and improvement.
Process
After engaging Capoeira Partners to undertake an in-depth assessment of the organization and its strategic goals, Q30 Design and PSG+G Strategy were brought on board to help establish a new name and purpose driven market positioning.
Through a collaborative process involving the senior team at Crescero, and utilizing workshops and strategy sessions, a new name and positioning were arrived at. Derived from the Latin verb crescere, meaning “to grow”, our new name reflects the organizations spirit, purpose and ongoing commitment to sustainably protect Canada’s farmland.
Outcome
With a new corporate name, brand identity, website, consistent collateral, plus the launch of a new evergreen fund, Crescero is on track towards their evolution as a driver of growth for both investors and farm owners, reinforcing our promise of optimization, performance and empowerment.
