Full-time Web Programmer Wanted

q30 design, a design consultancy that works with organizations to help define and communicate brands, is searching for a person who will work as part of a team to produce web sites and other interactive applications.

Qualifications required are:

• minimum 3 years experience in hands-on web development
• expert in ASP.NET 2.0, C#, VisualStudio.Net
• expert in XHTML and CSS tableless layout
• experience working with Flash
• passion for programming and documenting clean, readable code
• Mac and Windows platform experience
• interest in keeping up-to-date with new and emerging technologies
• ability to communicate with non-technical people
  

Qualifications considered an asset are:

• experience working with various CMS solutions (RedDot, Vignette, Ektron, various open source, etc.)
• experience working with PHP
• web design, architecture and layout skills
• ability to build templates for Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
• flex, AJAX, video/audio production experience

This position requires you to:

• build perfect, cross-platform and browser tested templates or pages, working from static designs produced in Adobe design products
• maintain and extend existing web sites
• report directly to senior designer and technical lead
• produce detailed documentation for a wide variety of interactive projects
